Terms of sale

Seller

Products and prices

Prices are shown in convertible marks (BAM/KM) for the selected package and apply at the moment the order is placed.

Delivery is not included in the product price. We confirm the delivery cost after receiving the order and before shipping.

Product descriptions and photos are for information. Before use, read the instructions on the package or ask the EM Plus team for advice.

Ordering

• Add products to the cart, enter your delivery details and place the order.
• After placing the order you will see your order number and receive an email confirming receipt.
• The email confirms that we received the order. We confirm the order by phone or email once delivery cost and timing are agreed.
• If you do not accept the proposed delivery cost, the order is cancelled at no cost to you.

Payment

Orders are paid cash on delivery, when you receive the parcel. Online card payment is not available.

Right of withdrawal

Purchases in the online shop are distance sales. As a consumer you may withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason within 15 days of receiving the product, in line with Article 47 of the Consumer Protection Law of Bosnia and Herzegovina. You bear only the cost of returning the product.

Complaints

If a product is defective, you have the rights set out in Article 18 of the Consumer Protection Law of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The procedure is described on the Returns and complaints page.

Disputes

We aim to resolve all questions and complaints by agreement. Write to info@emplus.ba or call +387 53 227 024. Matters not covered by these terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
