Delivery and payment

How it works

• You place an order in the online shop.
• You receive an email confirming receipt with your order number.
• We contact you by phone or email with the delivery cost and timing.
• After you confirm, we ship the parcel to the address in the order.
• You pay for the order and delivery when you receive it.

Delivery cost

Delivery cost depends on the destination and the size and weight of the packages, so it is not calculated automatically in the cart. We tell you the amount before shipping. If you do not agree with it, you can cancel the order at no cost.

Cash on delivery

Payment is cash on delivery only. We do not ask for card details and do not charge anything in advance.

Receiving the parcel

When receiving the parcel, check whether the packaging is damaged. Report visible damage immediately, and no later than eight days after receipt, as described on the Returns and complaints page.

Larger quantities and municipal systems

For larger quantities and municipal or industrial systems, delivery and dosing are agreed individually. Send an enquiry through the contact form.
