Data controller

We process data in line with the Law on Personal Data Protection of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of BiH no. 12/25).

Order data

When you place an order we process your name, email, phone number, address, city, postal code, note and the order contents.

We use this data to process the order, arrange and carry out delivery, send the email confirmation and handle any complaints. The legal basis is performance of the purchase contract.

Contact form data

When you send an enquiry we process your name, email and/or phone, company name if provided, the selected area, your message and the page it was sent from. We use it only to reply to your enquiry.

Who receives the data

We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. To deliver a parcel we pass the necessary details (name, address and phone) to the delivery service.

How long we keep data

We keep order data as long as needed to fulfil the order, handle complaints and meet legal obligations. Enquiries are kept as long as needed to communicate with you.

Cookies

The site uses only necessary cookies: a session cookie that remembers your cart and language, and a security cookie that protects forms. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Fonts are served from our own server. The Contact page shows an OpenStreetMap map; OpenStreetMap receives your IP address when the map loads.
